What are xStocks?
xStocks are tokenized stocks designed to mirror the value of leading U.S. company shares. Each token tracks its respective underlying asset. Issuance and collateralization follow the Issuer’s documentation; minor tracking deviations may occur
xStocks follow the price movement of real shares but do not grant shareholder rights.

xStocks is issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited, a private limited company registered in Jersey. The xStocks Instruments become available to EMCD clients through EMCD Fintech Corp. (‘EMCD’), a company established and regulated under the laws of the Republic of Panama, via the EMCD platform.
The xStocks Instruments made available through the xStocks service (‘xStocks Instruments’), as defined in the xStocks Terms of Service, represent contractual products between you and EMCD. They exist solely to provide economic exposure to the price of certain exchange-traded assets. They are not securities, not notes, not fund units, not bank deposits, not electronic money, and do not constitute an offer to buy or sell any real securities. Holding xStocks Instruments does not grant shareholder rights, voting rights, dividends, or any other benefits related to any underlying company, fund, or issuer.
